Pros
Highly focus on tech research, implementation and adaptation. As a developer it's a very challenging and exciting job
Cons
Rapid growth and forward sighted focus has lead to inconsistencies in earlier development and data structure. Tech team does not have the resource to polish or refactor/streamline earlier stack. Often spend more time cleaning and understanding rather than productive development. Investment seem to be very focused on direct revenue growth where the underlying backend in stages are only reaching early functional stage and directly put into production due to tight schedule.
