Pros
There are some genuinely amazing people working at EasyKnock, at the contributor level. Unfortunately, they are mistreated and barely hanging on. No one deserves that sort of treatment.
Cons
Working at this company has been the most challenging and unprofessional experience of my career. Despite being operational for seven years, the company lacks efficient processes, creating an unsustainable and chaotic work environment. There are no proper procedures in place, which significantly hampers productivity and morale.
If you are considering joining this company, I strongly recommend researching the numerous lawsuits filed against them. These legal issues provide insight into the company's practices and the environment you might be stepping into.
There is a constant turnover in the executive suite, which is never a good sign, and the high turnover rate extends to the rest of the company as well. This is due to both random layoffs, and employees quitting due to the toxic environment. Rather than filling vacant positions, the company expects remaining employees to absorb the additional workload. This leads to overworked, burnt-out, and disillusioned staff.
Additionally, management tends to hire personal friends and favor them, allowing these individuals to contribute minimally while others are left to manage excessive workloads. This favoritism exacerbates the already heavy burden on employees who are striving to keep up with unrealistic expectations.
Benefits are not good, as they provide very expensive, subpar insurance coverage and they do not even 401k match.
