Leaders only interested in expansion despite the many existing issues and refusal to address them. Tech is mostly outsourced from poor providers, time is wasted diagnosing issues rather than innovation. Expected in office every day despite awkward location and supposed hybrid policy. Plenty of better places to work, don't even think about this spot

HR is non-existent, leaving employees with no support or recourse. The CTO is a terrible leader — inexperienced, unprofessional, and in way over his head. His behavior sets the tone for a toxic culture. Bullying and intimidation are common, creating a hostile environment. The rebrand from EasyGo to EZO is simply an attempt to escape a bad reputation — nothing has actually improved. Severely damaging to employee morale and mental health.
