Get on-the-job training about music licensing laws and industry rates, get important contacts and record labels and publishing companies

Extremely toxic work environment. Recorded phone calls and frequent email surveillance. No days off for the first 6 months, then only 7 days a year. Ideas/suggestions for improvement are not welcome especially when coming from female employees. "Humility," "working like a navy seal," and "paying your dues" are extremely important values to management. Retaliation is common for expressing questions and concerns. Was required to participate in "mentoring sessions" that were facilitated by the CEO of the company who was directly responsible for hiring and firing.
