Bad environment with bad management - Dot NET Developer Easy Solution Infosystems Employee Review

No pros only wrost experience

Worst experience. Especially in Mobile App Development, there is no future here. They hold employee salaries without any valid reason and only give excuses. The HR explicitly promised to clear my dues within 60 days (I have proof of this), but now they have stopped responding to my calls and messages. According to the new Labour Code, FNF must be cleared within 2 working days, yet this company completely ignores the law. Instead, they harass employees who ask for their rights. If you value your time and mental peace, avoid this company. They stopped my salary for months. That is why I was forced to write this review. Don't trust their words. Not a safe place for your career and growth. The management has caused me severe mental trauma.
