Pros

Working at Easy Pay Direct has done more for my career than any other position I've held. The company culture has improved tremendously, creating an environment where I can genuinely thrive and develop new skills. The work is challenging in the best possible way—I'm constantly exposed to opportunities that push me to grow professionally. I've significantly strengthened my negotiation and sales skills, and gained exposure to business development avenues I would never have encountered elsewhere. Brad's leadership has been instrumental in my development. While he's not perfect (who is?), his insights and guidance have been invaluable. He takes time to mentor and provide real-world experience that you can't get from a textbook. His approach has helped me become a much stronger professional. If you're looking for a place that will actually invest in your growth and give you meaningful challenges, Easy Pay Direct delivers.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are occasional growing pains as we scale. The fast pace isn't for everyone, but if you thrive on challenge and want to make a real impact, it's the right environment.

Pros

This company is in an exciting phase of growth, with a variety of engaging projects and initiatives underway. There’s a strong culture of collaboration, especially within the marketing team, where creative input is genuinely welcomed and valued. Team members are encouraged to share ideas, and it's clear that leadership takes those ideas seriously. The company culture is great and supportive. The office environment is both welcoming and relaxed, making it easy to collaborate and connect with others.

Cons

All team members in Austin are required to be full-time (8am - 5pm) in office. Transitioning from remote work to a full-time, in-office schedule can take a little adjustment but the welcoming team and relaxed culture make it worthwhile. The office is in a great part of Austin with plenty of great lunch spots nearby.
