Good pay potential- Horrible upper management - Outside Sales Representative Easy Ice Employee Review

Upper Management is a mess They have no idea what they are doing. It's small company, old fashioned , close minded people way in over their head playing pretend. They will promise you this and that and all these ways they will help you out, and then completely abandon you and I think I seen the Sales manager maybe 2 times in over a year...luckily the lead sales guys stepped up and did the sales manager job for that manager. would place all the blame on Sales team and completely demotivate you when having the one-on-one meetings there was no positive feedback at all It was just constant putdowns, finger pointing, and contradicting information. She would tell you to do one th would completely 180 and say yeah guys I've been telling you guys not to do that when in fact that's what she told us to do and completely throw you under the bus. She divided people in the office turn people against each other by telling them that yet will do that for you and then telling us that we're not supposed to do that and then whatever the higher up she would just nod her head and say exactly what I was telling them... When you got a big sale or got big potential lead It wasn't hey good job it was why didn't you do this.
