Pros

A majority of Easy Ice is fine. The mid level employees give you a family feeling and assist whenever they can. Ice machines are fun to learn about.

Cons

The Scottsdale Office literally felt like the Twilight Zone. This company asks you to refer your friends and family for positions in the company, and then treats you and the individual you referred as aliens. Like they don't want you there. I held 3 different billets at one point, this company also does not feel like compensating any of their employees fairly unless your an executive. They're HR Policy is comedically confusing, no investigations conducted, they just take an employee complaint ( Which could be an absolute lie about you) and then fire you. A majority of the company is located on the east coast. If you take a position in Scottsdale. you will most likely struggle to get support from your east coast peers and have to work late hours.

Pros

I have been here from the very start of Easy Ice. I have watched Easy Ice grow from 1 employee to over 500 since 2009. I consider my co-workers to be my friends/family. I am very proud to be a part of the Easy Ice family. I feel blessed to have a wonderful job that I love.

Cons

I don't really have any cons. Like most families, there is dysfunction at times, but it all gets worked out. It is the same way at Easy Ice.

Pros

1. You are surrounded with people who care about their job and the company. 2. The company is growing into new territories year over year. 3. The leadership team actually cares about its employees. 4. HR is on point with recruiting, onboarding and answering questions in a timely manor. 5. Upper management is making big changes to help improve all aspects of the company.

Cons

With fast growth comes growing pains, its all part of the game. Bonus structure needs to be improved upon for managers!
