      - Inexperienced PM, just knows how to write fancy emails using chatGPT and replies on whatsapp groups during night to make it look like he is working day and night. - Just one or two leads have knowledge and the others do not know what's going on, just reply on whatsapp groups and sends a bunch of fancy emails. - NO BONUSES - Slashed the salary of current employees by 30% and telling them just 2 days before doing so.

      1. Work-from-home arrangement was available and made things flexible. 2. Office environment was generally calm and not too stressful. 3. I got to work quite closely with the bosses, which made communication more direct and fast.

      Cons

      Salary payments were often delayed, which made planning finances difficult. Even after I left the company, my pending salary was still not fully paid after a few months. EPF contributions were not reflected during my time there, which was concerning.
