Nothing as such. The owner of the company is little better as compared to the other leaders.

I worked their and the managers make your life miserable. They will torture you everyday and you will feel like you're in a school. The managers treat you like a donkey specially the sales team are worthless. They behave like a god and will never stop commenting on you. They will always complain about your attire, personality. The Manager is the worthless person I've ever come across. He doesn't have any professionalism. They even ask you to sign a bond for 1 year and will demand a blank cheque for 1 lac. If you're joining the company or planning to join think twice because you will be making your life miserable. You journey in this company will be like walking on fire barefoot.

I am currently working as a Software Trainee at Eastern Software Solutions, and my experience so far has been highly positive and enriching. The organization provides a well-structured training program that focuses on both theoretical understanding and practical implementation, which has helped me strengthen my core concepts in SQL and PL/SQL. One of the key highlights of my experience is the supportive learning environment. The trainers are knowledgeable, approachable, and always ready to guide us through complex topics with real-time examples and assignments. One downside is that Saturdays are working, which can reduce personal time.
