      Pros

      Hot food on site and water provided during hot day. An cool co-workers at times.

      Cons

      Real hot during summer and real cold during winter. Hard work and dirty. An the parking during morning and plus the dirt parking lot when it rains turn into monster truck Mudd hole u have to drive in over time put wear and tear on your vehicle.

      Friendly people to work with, regular pay raises, good employee appreciation events. Commercial work side was straightforward.

      Cons

      Facilities are a little lacking but slowly improving. Government work side could be frustrating.
