Pathetic, Inhumane and insane Top level management. No Labour laws and policies are implemented. Top management will hold the f&f , salary payment, expenses, incentives, appraisals and growth of the employees for no reason. No care is taken for women employees safety and security. No work life balance. Employees should work 24 hours round the clock. Employee should and must attend work with high fever, broken body parts and even if employee looses his wife and children in an accident. No growth for hardworking employees. Top level management recommends a person with no qualifications and eligibility for MIS Admin when many qualified and eligible people are awaiting for one good job and opportunity to raise them up. No HR policies implemented. Top management throws state heads over night. Manpower will not be provided to middle level management. And top level management will expect 100% achievement.
