Upper management will give you responsibilities if you want more. It's a welcoming environment that doesn't discriminate when hiring. People of all ages and varied backgrounds can work here.
Cons
The commission for hourly paid managers is not based on your direct team's performance. Instead its based off the entire workforce for a specific client. This makes getting commission as a manager more difficult than commission made by entry level phone agents. Which means you get paid less than the employees that report directly to you. (This may have changed since then 2021).
