Being a product-based company, there's a significant amount of domain-specific knowledge to absorb, which can be challenging at first—but it’s manageable with time and support.

Work-life balance is a real thing at EastCode. Management is very supportive in allowing employees to take time off when it's needed, whether it's formal PTO or a casual day here and there to take care of some personal things. The health & benefits plan is very generous and comprehensive. There are a lot of cutting edge technologies being developed at EastCode including Blockchain apps and Web3. I feel like I'm part of the front line of innovation.

Still a small team so sometimes projects can slow down while team members react to changing priorities. I feel this will get better as the team grows larger.
