      Pros

      The legacy staff at East Riding college are what are keeping that place going. Nobody else cares.

      Cons

      Since merging with Tec partnership, East Riding college has been run appallingly. There is no equality, staff are treated unfairly and not paid fairly. It is Animal Farm.
