Really good environment, kind and helpful coworkers, clear and valuable company mission.

None for me as an intern. Full time employees seem to work long hours, but not sure.

Really good onboarding programming (sometimes too in the weeds) that gave me a detailed understanding of the company as a whole. They also set up coffee chats for us which was super nice. Most of my coworkers were wonderful.

Lots of complaining and management can micromange, which creates frustration for everyone. Sometimes that was passed on to me which wasn't great.
