Pros

3 day crash course on how to weld aluminum and then on to welding trailers. No experience required.

Cons

Extremely dangerous work conditions!!! I saw people get injured several times in the short time I worked there. Lots of cords and gas lines running everywhere on the ground along with clutter everywhere. Lots of climbing, welding in odd painful positions, people with no training at all operating ceiling cranes to move beams throughout very crowded factory's. They layoff a lot and often. When you do eventual get hurt bad enough to require workers comp good luck to you, they fight to the bitter end, it's a game to them. They are "privately insured" which creates a lot of problems for the injured, even after multiple rulings in court for the injured worker. They fight 100% of claims and are quite famous for it. I was seriously injured in a life changing injury there and there head of hr literally mocked and made fun of me to my face when I had to hobble in there a few days later on crutches and bones in cast with help from my wife to get paper work I urgently needed to start scheduling surgery I needed. She was so mean we were shocked, life changing injuries mind you... it's been 3 years now, dozens of hearings, all in my favor, all appealed by them and then again found in my favor... it's been a hassle. I sincerely wish I never would have worked there!
