Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Moreover, thank you for your commitment to EHTP for more than 4 years. You have raised some very crucial points and points we are constantly reflecting on and attempting to improve. We want to always set high expectations for students, teachers and leaders throughout the network; and through shared understandings of restorative justice and anti-racist practices is how we hope to not only get there but excel. Our leaders are often engaging in professional development, external academic and practical training to improve their practices.
