"Most unprofessional company and unethical company of my career" - Anonymous employee East Commerce Solutions Employee Review

East Commerce Solutions is the most unprofessional and unethical company I have been associated with of my entire career. ECS hires remote Account Executives to work home officed in other states across the United States. ECS will not pay their employees according to the compensation package. ECS will not pay their employees according to the mileage reimbursement policy. ECS places a gps tracking device in all vehicles of their Account Executives business to business representatives. In this position the Account Executive will be out in the field Monday through Friday for 40 hours weekly in a large territory. ECS pays nothing to the employee for the use of their personal vehicle, or the wear and tear on the vehicle. ECS states in the compensation package and mileage will be reimbursed based on travel and price of gas. ECS does not honor the mileage reimbursement compensation package. Warning: An Account Executive will spend $150 a week in gas or more in their personal vehicle going to bogus appointments set by the telemarketing department at ECS. An Account Executive at ECS is easily spending $800-$1000 in gas expenses alone in their personal vehicle and is only getting reimbursed a measly $150 a month. This is a warning for all potential employee prospects for employment with East Commerce Solutions. ECS will not pay according to the compensation and mileage reimbursement program. ECS promise holiday pay, and then deduct it from employee's salary. ECS also makes deductions from employees salary for working at home in employees home office. Warning all ECS Account Executives are home officed and have work responsibilities associated with the position which require use of a home office. I can not stress enough how unprofessional and unethical East Commerce Solutions is, it is my intention to warn all potential prospective employees of the scam that East Commerce Solutions is capable of. It is my responsibility to put the facts out there, in hopes no other individuals will actually lose money while employed by East Commerce Solutions. East Commerce Solutions owes their past and previous Account Executives money in mileage reimbursements and unpaid salaries of which to be resolved will involve legal action against East Commerce Solutions.
