      East Baton Rouge Parish Schools are coming a long way to repair the failures of the last 10 or so years. The new superintendent has been a breathe of fresh air.

      Cons

      While, East Baton Rouge Parish Schools aren't the worst paid school district, the pay is notbon the high end either.

      I’m literally drawing a blank.

      Cons

      Politics. Everybody knows everybody and if you care about teaching and call out administrators who are committing immoral acts (targeting, bullying, making sure your livelihood and status are threatened, they black list you). Only the staff who are willing to play the game get longevity.
