      The middle people between top management and teachers made reaching goals, mission, and vision very difficult. Decisions were made based on emotion and connection; not who does the job best.

      I’m literally drawing a blank.

      Cons

      Politics. Everybody knows everybody and if you care about teaching and call out administrators who are committing immoral acts (targeting, bullying, making sure your livelihood and status are threatened, they black list you). Only the staff who are willing to play the game get longevity.
