      Can be good hours if you don't have to lesson plan outside of school pay is decent with high levels of job security

      Cons

      Kids can be kids, if you don't believe you're helping the next generation then it's probably not for you If you have to lesson plan outside of school it can be long hours. District is always thinking of stuff for you to do

      I’m literally drawing a blank.

      Cons

      Politics. Everybody knows everybody and if you care about teaching and call out administrators who are committing immoral acts (targeting, bullying, making sure your livelihood and status are threatened, they black list you). Only the staff who are willing to play the game get longevity.
