      I love working with students and sharing the love of reading, writing, and expressing ideas.

      Cons

      The focus is more on the data than the students. There is no concern for their well-being when they are faced with real life issues. They want teachers to be miracle workers without being involved with them on any personal level.

      I’m literally drawing a blank.

      Cons

      Politics. Everybody knows everybody and if you care about teaching and call out administrators who are committing immoral acts (targeting, bullying, making sure your livelihood and status are threatened, they black list you). Only the staff who are willing to play the game get longevity.
