      Frequently changing curriculum. Lack of breaks for teachers and students. Inconsistent leadership and changing demands from the school board.

      I’m literally drawing a blank.

      Cons

      Politics. Everybody knows everybody and if you care about teaching and call out administrators who are committing immoral acts (targeting, bullying, making sure your livelihood and status are threatened, they black list you). Only the staff who are willing to play the game get longevity.
