      The work is easy and can be completed on time.

      Cons

      There are so many political moves that happen behind the scenes. Promotions to friends and family. Transfers when people aren't fulfilling their job duties rather than discipline and demotion or termination. There is constant drama, much like high school there are mean girls and cliques.

      I’m literally drawing a blank.

      Cons

      Politics. Everybody knows everybody and if you care about teaching and call out administrators who are committing immoral acts (targeting, bullying, making sure your livelihood and status are threatened, they black list you). Only the staff who are willing to play the game get longevity.
