      Demanding 24/7. Must be able to work around the clock by returning emails promptly even whether it’s during teaching time or at home. Micro managed. Paperwork paperwork and paperwork. Very little time and support on new teaching curriculums., yet expected to deliver Explicitly to our students.

      I’m literally drawing a blank.

      Cons

      Politics. Everybody knows everybody and if you care about teaching and call out administrators who are committing immoral acts (targeting, bullying, making sure your livelihood and status are threatened, they black list you). Only the staff who are willing to play the game get longevity.
