      Pros

      There are lots of CLU opportunities for teachers. The curriculum is rigorous. There are 10 vacation days that rollover each year. Overall medium class sizes 18-22 students per teacher.

      Cons

      There are very small salary increases known as step increases. Salaries do not increase enough to keep up with increasing cost of living expenses. Lots of testing and data collection which takes away from instructional time.

      I’m literally drawing a blank.

      Cons

      Politics. Everybody knows everybody and if you care about teaching and call out administrators who are committing immoral acts (targeting, bullying, making sure your livelihood and status are threatened, they black list you). Only the staff who are willing to play the game get longevity.
