Cons
Human Resources Department is the worst ever. Applying many uninformed policies to cancel benefits stated to offer to employees. When asked about the reasons of cancellation, HR manager rated employee's performance in a negative and disrespectful way. When asked why not informing the employee about the cancellation of benefits (Health Insurance), stated the reason was because "the employee did not respect the company, so the company does not have the responsibility to inform ?!?". Even when there was a funeral in my family, I received no condolence (except for the members within the team I worked with). The HR officers even used that as the reason to blame me for many things, and concluded my disrespect to the company. Even during the funeral days, the HR officers expressed very disrespect attitude when I raise a question about some unknown things (later being told that it was the fault of another HR officer forgot to inform me about a modified payslip during that month).
