If one lacks or desire a purpose for working with a company that takes care of every employees future by protecting them of things like lay offs due to a failing sales force than this is a place for that persons, staff are o.k. and the place is clean.

When you are interviewed for a position and later hired expect surprises, like doing other things that was never presented at the interview level, expect lots of menial task, even when your position is described ad technical.
