Don't Waste Your Time - Sales Associate/Key Holder Earthbound Trading Employee Review

The scheduling is both inconsistent and inconsiderate. Shifts get cut without notice, and hours are not livable unless 'manager' is in your title. There's no clear communication about anything, and no room for growth. This is a second job, or a first job. Definitely NOT a main job. Be prepared for management and coworkers to have zero professional boundaries as well. It's really uncomfortable and unserious.
