Coworkers are usually cool people depending on the store. Typical retail job responsibility, it can get boring during the week, but again that depends on location.
Cons
Upper management is a joke. This is such an unorganized and out of touch company. Product buyers and social media teams do not understand current culture or trends. District managers do more harm than good. They cut hours constantly and set extremely high sales goals. As an employee it felt like corporate had no idea what they were doing. Products are cheap from drop shipping companies overseas at a high markup. There have been several instances of this company being involved in the theft of original designs. The company outwardly promotes the low waste/earth friendly lifestyle while simultaneously producing insane amounts of plastic waste behind the scenes. Pay is low to start and there are only opportunities for raises once a year based on yearly sales numbers. Only store managers are salaried, assistant managers, key holders and sales associates are hourly employees. Do not expect full time hours unless you are a store manager or assistant manager.
