Higher ups do not care about their employees. The pay is terrible. They do not stand for what they claim they do. If you're not sucking up to someone you're not getting far. If you're having problems in the store higher ups could care less. The company is twisted and backwards. Money hungry company. District Managers do not last long. Managers in store are constantly changing. Nothing is fair trade. Everyone who is above a manager, talks negatively about the people below them. The DM's do not think their managers can manage their stores. Lots of micro managin.
