Pros
None, the product isn't even worth the employee discount. The girls who work here are the only good thing. They are all EXCELLENT employees and wonderful people who should be paid more for their troubles.
Cons
YOU WILL BE MICROMANAGED. The manager isn't trained and relies on the team to run the store. Hovering over customers happens so often people run out of the store. You will be underpaid and expected to devote your entire life to this place, all while being given near nothing for compensation. Also, if you are the lowest in sales your shifts get cut as punishment, so you'll be earning even less. Being on the west end we have slow days meaning we don't make out monthly goal and won't get any bonuses. This company is a joke and should be shut down. They are misleading in their product info, and will backstab any loyal employee if it means they'll save some money. Don't even apply, it'll be your death sentence.
