Disorganized. Have stressful meetings with zero purpose. Push more and more on employees. Pay well below industry standards. Very high stress environment for anyone who cares. Everything is secretive and under lock and key. Cameras everywhere watching employees. Management talks down to employees. Zero safty in the yards around equipment. Very little vacation time and they don't like employees taking days off. Encourage working over time, weekends and not taking breaks to salary employees.
