      Pros

      Everyone in the office gets on lots of banter and team incentives. Training is regular and investment into the consultants. New initiatives and products. Social events organised by the company.

      Cons

      Office location could be better.

      Pros

      -Overall good company to work for, -Work with majority of clients in the market. -Friendly staff. -Not much red tape. -Good environment in offices. -Able to make a lot of money & deals if you put the work in.

      Cons

      -Restricted on what umbrella companies we can use, makes deals harder to convert against our competitors in the market. -Too many changes on incentives plans.
