      - extremely flexible - great environment - non-limiting management, allows for autonomous work - enjoyable to work with

      Cons

      - mostly power platform, so no hands-on coding - the company policies are becoming restricting and bureaucratic - the company is starting a wave of terminations to cut on costs, so not really stable anymore

      Very little direction in sales. Poor communication if accounts that were managed by other account managers until really late in the sales cycle
