>You will travel. A lot. Often for weeks at a time with very little time home in between jobs. >Very little training is offered. It is a sink-or-swim type of place. >Work environments are inherently dangerous but the company provides little oversight on how to mitigate those factors. >Financial pressures from the board are unrealistic, stretching the company too thin at times and at others requiring massive downsizing.
