Pros
The cars are cool (except for when they start getting worn down and the owners don’t fix them) Riders are usually nice and friendly
Cons
This is the biggest one: The owners of this startup don’t care about their employees in the slightest. They act friendly, but really it’s just unprofessional how they handle their business dealings. The whole company feels like a sham. If you’re ever in a sketchy or dangerous situation (which could happen in a rideshare company) they don’t care at all. You go from talking to them every day and thinking you’re friends to them not being concerned for your life. Super underpaid, especially compared to Uber or Lyft. Never got to see the tips I was receiving per ride Driver pay was different across the board (discovered this once I talked to the other drivers) and was based on no experience or anything Oh and last, they were sketchy. They would move license plates around from vehicle to vehicle. Were they not all registered? Super strange. Also they asked for big favors, more work, and time-consuming help, and wouldn’t reimburse or pay you for it.
