      Pros

      -More or less left to your own devices. -Room for growth and positive environment for self development. -Open door policy with manager. -Get back what you put in. -Some great views when you get a break. -Lots of choice of food and drink -Lots of different people to talk too.

      Cons

      -Top Manager can be hard to please and be very unfair. -Too many managers. -Conflicting directions. -Worked very hard , but very underpaid. -Chances of general abuse and violence. -Unrealistic targets in short time frame.

      Pros

      Mostly laid back locals, with no real rush, plenty to explore in terms of smaller objects

      Cons

      Regions with good climates also have potentially deadly weather

      Pros

      Lots of vacation throughout the year. Elves do the work most of the year and technology has caught up in keeping track of the naughty/nice list. It even checks it 100 times for me now instead of the 2 times I used to do manually.

      Cons

      So much overtime in December! There are more and more people in the world every year and scalability is become an issue.
