Pros

Real exploration work, on the ground doing geology. The company has a great culture that promotes professional development while maintaining a level of fun and passion for what we do. Earth AI also operates it's own drilling department, so as a geologist I get to conduct fieldwork, develop hypotheses, and then see them tested. Mineral exploration is an exciting filed and Earth AI has proven to be a powerhouse.

Cons

Its still an emerging company so there can be times when things don't seem organized.

Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience working at Earth AI as an Operations Assistant. The company is mission-driven, and it genuinely feels like everyone is working toward something meaningful in the climate and resource space. The team is incredibly supportive and collaborative. Even in an operations role, I’ve had exposure to different parts of the business, which has been great for learning and professional growth. There’s a strong culture of ownership—your ideas are heard, and you’re encouraged to take initiative. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and there’s a real effort to keep everyone aligned as the company grows. It’s a fast-paced environment, but that comes with plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make a tangible impact. Pros: Purpose-driven work Supportive and smart team Opportunities to learn across functions High level of autonomy

Cons

Cons: Fast-paced environment can be demanding at times Some processes are still evolving (typical of a growing company)

Pros

While working at Earth AI, you are exposed to and work across all aspects of a mineral exploration company. The work tends to be fast pace with lots of responsibly and freedom being given to the field geologists. The culture between staff is one that promotes a fun and professional working environment that everyone seems to enjoy being a part of.

Cons

As the company is still relatively new, protocols for unforeseen circumstances are not always in place, which at times can lead to issues surrounding organisation and fluidity in conducting work.
