Pros

- They pay 30% more than market.

Cons

- The product features are all over the place, they're just trying to retrofit user fit after they think of a product line. - Their brand values and company values are all no talk no walk. - It was a good company that lost its vision because the CEO chose to trust only a small handful of people who are only interested in playing politics. - All good talent either left on their own because they were not heard and eventually saw smoke from afar or were let go because they brought good ideas to the table. Management doesn't want your expertise; they want yes men. A quote from the CEO when he changed the company values that were horribly articulated- "Agree to these value or leave. Nobody will have a say in this".

Pros

Benefits are 4/5! Just the standard in tech but not exceptional. Great and talented people working mid-level and entry-level roles at the company.

Cons

Top leaders tend to be highly political and biased. The organizational structure is strongly rooted in connections and often feels like a family business, if you’re not “family,” you’re disposable. Promotions are slow, and there is a lack of transparency around career growth, which has led to the loss of strong talent. !! Customers do not come first.
