Pros

It is a very respectful work environment. Startups can be rough, but this one is refreshing. One has to be good in comms as all roles require excellent global communications - partnerships, sales, operations, training. So if you are running away from speaking or like to sit alone in a cubicle and code, then this might not be the place for you. The work - and its impact on tens of thousands of children all over the world made it really worth it! I knew I was making a difference. Had to leave for health reason, will love to get back.

Cons

Nothing as such. Before I had joined, an ex-employee (probably bitter for being fired) said "it is too much hardwork" but that has been no real problem. It is infact very balanced with no work on week off days and year end long leaves for everyone with full pay.
