Fun environment. Good benefits if fully qualified. Not micromanaged.

A lot of responsibility in the classroom.

Wonderful children and families. The owners are also wonderful people.

Unprofessional behavior with the office admin. They gossip about staff and even children and parents. They treat employees with disrespect. They play favorites. No sense of confidentiality. Owners even made anonymous surveys and office staff admitted in a threatening manner that they figured out who said what in the surveys. The office admin put on a show when the owners visit. On a business and operational end, they run the business very poorly. The list goes on..
