      Pros

      Food is cater to locals. English speaker not required much since most of the staff are Malaysian. Well provide entertainment.

      Cons

      Don't help much with issues. Use your issues against you, ie: injury/report/safety talk. Salary aren't stable. Stuck with fossil system. Love to hide issues from the management, but didn't solve the issues. Kept the 'Old people' with their old ways and refuse to learn, instead push new people/lower rank to the their job. Benefits not sure still available or not.

      Pros

      - A lot of mix crew from different countries and Very friendly as well. - Food ration is good unless long voyage - Well maintained vessel with lsa, ffa and ppe. - Good backend system for maintenance

      Cons

      - Office got more power, most time don't think how we will survive - No proper profit sharing, or maybe top level get all we don't know - Always wait long time to get signed on and signed off

      Pros

      Good benefits on medical transportation. Mixed crew makes the work area competitive and friendly. Salary structure is good for top ranks.

      Cons

      1. Cheating and ridiculous rules so that you won't get any bonus, standby pay. Management is hell bent not to pay any bonus by any means necessary. 2. Career progression is super slow, Junior ranks must not choose this company. 3. Rejoining time interval is very long.
