      Poor management of the team - Software Development Engineer-II EagleView Employee Review

      Pros

      1. Eagleview India has started very recently and with it being one of the growing development and operations center, the growth opportunities look promising. 2. Tech Stack is quite decent and balanced. 3. Work Life balance is also good for Engineering teams.

      Cons

      Few teams are a sinking ship due to poor management and letting person not suitable for the job lead the team. Team culture and satisfaction is going downhill due to incessant status update, and design decisions led by someone not suited to the task. Lack of expertise within the team for architecture and design of the solution, eading it to being grown like a mushroom without any care to quality and scalability.

      Pros

      I work with many people across the organization and there’s a passion for doing things well and supporting others, and lots of humor. The work is interesting and it’s cool industry.

      Cons

      Things move fast, but that’s expected and told up front. There’s a lot to do, but it keeps the days interesting.

      Pros

      Work scheduele is very freeing, relaxed and PTO is very nice. Allowing you to take full effect of Remote Work

      Cons

      Tickets are misnumbered and the oppurtunity to climb up is quite tedius. No real salary increase.
