Work life balance, some people are allowed to work from home.

Management has a boys club and if you aren’t in it you are nobody. Hire and promote friends and hold back others from promotions. Shows favouritism on who can work from home. Talk about cross training during interview and offer none, one year they performed employee reviews without the employees (Managers got together without the person being reviewed). After applying for an internal promotion you get ghosted and they don't explain why you didn't get the promotion.

Friendly & approachable co-workers, decent amount of support when needed.

Management can be toxic and make office uncomfortable. Sometimes the support that is needed is not there and left hanging
