      Pros

      The company culture in of itself is reason to want to work for them, especially for those with experience in military environments. All levels of company leadership are genuinely interested in the well-being of their employees. In addition, they offer opportunities for growth and training, and are constantly seeking ways to improve as a company.

      Cons

      Nothing negative to say about Eagle TG. It's a great company to be a part of!

      The people were all great and the environment was always a great mix of professionalism and fun

      Pros

      Great work environment, tons of flexibility, every employee including the bosses were very nice, accommodating, down to earth. Their insurance is basically free and the pay was biweekly and sometimes early if payday landed on a weekend. Their 401K was as good as it gets. You get gifts on your birthday and have a relaxed dress code. You'd be an idiot to turn this company down.
