Severe lack of communication between departments, half of the management is related to the owner so some are severely under qualified. Owner has his finger in everything and he seems like he is unwilling to accommodate any type of benefit to employees.
They have a severe lack of resources that are spread too thin. This is to the detriment of the employees only.
