Some of the field crew are good guys others are absolute self loathing pieces.

The owner/boss makes plenty of mistakes just like any human, the problem is he keeps making the same mistakes and always blames it on the workers. Some of the field crew as mentioned are terrible people who do very little work and rarely show up to work only to blame you behind your back.
