Enjoy the team I was apart of and overall atmosphere of the company.

Some of managers who use the company and unfortunately it goes unnoticed. Other managers who are very hard workers is also unnoticed.

Ownership understands their management challenges.

1-Flat organization operating under a CEO who is technically minded but struggles to execute strategy. 2- Management team consists mostly of technical personnel without the presence of management training/education or leadership. 3-Organization has developed a significant list of desired behaviours most of which are horribly convoluted and meaningless. The scribed leadership behaviours tend to conflict with one another rather than set the foundation for a positive culture. 4-The management system is a well designed piece of software but the implementation does not meet the intent of strategic alignment. The concept of strategic planning, collaboration and measured accountability has been lost.
